Our Wine Marinade

½ cup teriyaki sauce
2 T crushed garlic
¼ cup Heartland Harvest Apple Wine
1 t freshly ground black pepper
2 T extra-virgin olive oil
2 to 3 dashes hot sauce
1 T Dijon mustard
1 T dark brown sugar
Whisk all ingredients together. Makes 1 cup.
Note: If using the marinade with red meats, use HH Blueberry Wine

Grilled Pork Tenderloin Medallions

1. Season meat with salt and pepper.
2. Place meat in plastic bag and pour marinade   over top.
3. Squeeze all air out and refrigerate over night.
4. Heat grill to high heat.
5. Place meat on grill and sear about 4 minutes per side. Time may need adjusted for type of meat.
6. Move meat to indirect heat and cook with lid closed for 6 minutes on each side.
7. Remove meat from grill and let rest for about 10 minutes.
8. Slice and serve.
Note: Can also be used with chicken, steak, lamb,
shrimp, salmon and tuna. Must adjust cooking time for each meat choice.
Peach Wine Punch

1 - bottle Heartland Harvest Peach Wine
1 - 2 liter bottle Sprite/7Up
1 - jar marciano cherries with juice
1 - can chunk pineapple with juice
1 - orange

Pour cherries with juice in bunt pan. Pour 1 liter of Sprite in over cherries and freeze over night
Place cherry/Sprite ice ring in punch bowl and pour can of pineapple with juice in over ice ring. Slice orange thinly and place in punch bowl. Add 1 bottle of Peach Wine to punch bowl and top with remainder of Sprite.
